Karma Coin Gift Certificate
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Effective 11/30/05)
- Karma Coin Gift Certificates may only be redeemed through
our website, www.tarot.com, towards the purchase of
Astrology, Tarot, Numerology or I-Ching readings or
reports.
- Unless otherwise required by law, Karma Coin Gift
Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, and
cannot be used to purchase additional Karma Coin Gift
Certificates.
- If the available amount on a Karma Coin Gift Certificate
claim code is LESS than the transaction amount, the
balance of the order must be paid with a credit card.
- Tarot.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Karma
Coin Gift Certificates, except as required by law. In
certain circumstances, Tarot.com may replace or cancel
lost or stolen Karma Coin Gift Certificates with proof of
purchase acceptable to Tarot.com.
- Unused Karma Coin Gift Certificates (and any portions
thereof) expire one year from the date of issue, except as
otherwise required, prohibited or limited by law (e.g.,
California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and
Washington). Check your Karma Coin Gift Certificate for
the expiration date applicable to your Karma Coin Gift
Certificate.
- Tarot.com may change (add to, delete, or amend) these
terms from time to time. Unless we state otherwise, the
changes will apply to any new Karma Coin Gift Certificates
that you purchase.
- Your purchase or use of Karma Coin Gift Certificate will
be deemed your agreement to these terms.
- Any unused balance of Karma Coins will be placed in the
recipient's Tarot.com account and is not transferable. The
original expiration date will apply to any unused
balance.
- Karma Coin Gift Certificates and their use on the
Tarot.com Web site are subject to Tarot.com's general
Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Tarot.com will have the right to close customer accounts
and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently
obtained Karma Coin Gift Certificate is either redeemed
through the Tarot.com Web site or is redeemed and used to
make purchases on the Tarot.com Web site.
- Tarot.com may provide gift certificate purchasers with
information about the redemption status of gift
certificates.
